Report Concerns Safely, Securely and, Where Permitted, Anonymously
At Saichild, we are committed to fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and transparency. We encourage employees, business partners, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to raise concerns about any conduct that may compromise our people, our operations, the communities in which we operate, or the reputation of the Group.
Speaking up helps us identify risks early, address issues responsibly, and uphold the standards that define our business. Every concern submitted in good faith is treated seriously and handled with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality.
What Is a Reportable Concern?

-
Fraud, theft, or financial misconduct

Harassment, discrimination, or workplace misconduct
-
Health, safety, environmental, or human rights concerns
-
Breaches of the Code of Conduct or other Group policies
-
Any activity that may expose the Group to legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk
If you are uncertain whether a matter should be reported, we encourage you to raise it. Concerns submitted in good faith will always be treated appropriately.
How to Report a Concern

To facilitate a fair and thorough review, please provide as much relevant information as possible. Additional information may be requested where necessary to support the assessment and investigation of your report.
While we are committed to reviewing every concern, the outcome of any investigation may remain confidential to protect the privacy of individuals, comply with legal obligations, and preserve the integrity of the investigative process.
