Announcement: Impersonation of Popular RE in Hong Kong

We have recently been informed of a scam operating in Hong Kong that involves individuals falsely impersonating Popular RE, claiming to represent the organization in order to solicit funds from unsuspecting individuals under the pretense of securing bookings and deposits for Popular RE’s residential project; it is important to emphasize that this is a fraudulent scheme with no affiliation to Popular RE, which does not directly engage in the sale of investment products or financial instruments within Hong Kong and has not granted any third parties the authority to act on its behalf in such matters.
