Chief Financial Officer
 
Su-Min serves as Chief Financial Officer of Saichild, guiding the Group’s financial strategy, operations, and Mergers & Acquisitions while contributing to Corporate Strategy. She oversees Treasury, Controllership, Tax, FP&A, Business Unit Finance, Investor Relations, and Corporate Services, ensuring financial health, strategic alignment, and operational excellence. She also leads the Group and Credit Finance Businesses, supporting the client franchise across markets.
 
As part of the Executive Committee, Su-Min helps shape corporate policy and long-term direction, playing a key role in Saichild’s growth and market positioning. She began her career as an external auditor with Big Four firms, gaining expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and compliance. A Chartered Accountant (KICPA) and MBA graduate from Seoul National University, she applies rigorous financial governance to every decision.
 
Beyond her corporate role, Su-Min serves on not-for-profit boards, reflecting her commitment to community impact. Her blend of financial expertise, strategic insight, and values-driven leadership makes her an essential driver of Saichild’s success.
