Elizabeth brings over two decades of experience in real estate investment, property development, and asset management, with extensive expertise in identifying investment opportunities, managing development projects, and creating long-term value across residential and commercial real estate portfolios. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with investors, developers, consultants, and industry professionals to deliver projects that combine financial performance with sustainable growth.

As Executive Director of Saichild Real Assets (SRA), Elizabeth oversees the firm's real estate investment and development activities, providing strategic leadership across property acquisitions, land development, project planning, asset management, and portfolio expansion. She works closely with landowners, investors, architects, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners to identify high-quality investment opportunities and oversee projects from acquisition through completion.

Leveraging deep expertise in the real estate sector, Elizabeth leads the team in investment evaluation, market research, development planning, financial feasibility analysis, project execution, and operational oversight. Her leadership spans the full property lifecycle, from land acquisition and planning approvals to construction management, asset optimisation, and long-term portfolio management.

Elizabeth also plays a key role in strengthening SRA's investment platform by fostering strategic partnerships, maintaining disciplined governance, and promoting responsible development practices. Her commitment to prudent investment management, operational excellence, and sustainable value creation continues to support SRA's mission of developing high-quality real estate assets that deliver lasting value for investors and communities.
