James Lee provides executive leadership across Saichild Group's principal businesses, including Saichild Proprietary Trading, Saichild Commodities Asia, Saichild Private Equity, and Saichild Real Assets. He is responsible for shaping the Group's strategic direction, corporate governance, investment oversight, and sustainable business growth.

With more than 25 years of experience in global financial markets, James has built an accomplished career spanning proprietary trading, capital markets, treasury, and enterprise risk management. Prior to joining Saichild, he held senior leadership positions at Goldman Sachs and KEB Hana Bank, serving as Head of Trading and leading multi-asset trading operations, institutional portfolios, trading strategy, and market risk management across regional financial markets.

Leveraging extensive experience in international finance, James oversees the Group's investment strategy, capital allocation, and business development initiatives while working closely with institutional investors, financial institutions, strategic partners, and corporate counterparties to originate opportunities, structure complex transactions, and build enduring commercial relationships.

He also leads the Group's enterprise risk framework, regulatory governance, and operational excellence initiatives, promoting disciplined decision-making, ethical business practices, and long-term value creation. His leadership continues to strengthen Saichild's position as a trusted international investment group with diversified capabilities across financial markets, commodities, private equity, and real assets.
