Bruce is an accomplished executive with more than three decades of leadership experience spanning global and Asian financial markets. As Head of Corporate Strategy and Operations, he is responsible for managing the Group’s corporate direction, strategic execution, and day-to-day operations—ensuring alignment with long-term objectives and sustainable growth.
 
Bruce’s career reflects a deep expertise in both private and investment banking. Prior to joining the Group, he spent 13 years at a prominent fund management company, where he led transformative initiatives across marketing, product development, and sales administration. His strategic acumen and operational leadership played a key role in expanding the firm’s regional footprint and client engagement.
 
He began his professional journey in 1983 as an external auditor, before moving into corporate sales with a foreign bank. There, he progressed rapidly to become Vice President of Corporate Sales, and subsequently served as Head of Sales from 1991 to 1996. These roles laid the foundation for his enduring success in navigating complex financial landscapes.
 
Since 1997, Bruce has cultivated a deep understanding of the Asian economic environment, complemented by his work with several top-tier global financial institutions. His leadership, insight, and broad industry perspective have earned him recognition as a trusted advisor and respected figure in the financial services sector.
