Sumin is a key member of Saichild’s executive leadership, serving as Chief Financial Officer and playing a central role in guiding the Group’s financial strategy and operations. She oversees all Finance functions and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), while also sharing responsibility for the Group’s Corporate Strategy.
 
In her capacity as CFO, Sumin leads critical areas including Treasury, Controllership, Tax, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Unit Finance, and Investor Relations. She is instrumental in ensuring the Group’s financial health, strategic alignment, and long-term growth. In addition, Sumin heads the Group and Credit Finance Businesses, supporting Saichild’s client franchise across markets. Her remit also extends to overseeing Corporate Services, reinforcing operational excellence across the organization.
 
As a member of the Executive Committee—the Group’s highest decision-making body—Sumin contributes to shaping corporate policies and strategic direction at the highest level. Her insights and financial stewardship have been integral to the company’s expansion, transformation, and strong market positioning.
 
Sumin began her career as an external auditor, where she developed deep technical expertise across various industries. She has worked with several of the Big Four public accounting firms, gaining invaluable experience in financial reporting, risk management, and compliance. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, she brings a rigorous approach to financial governance and decision-making.
 
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Sumin is actively involved in community service. She has served on the boards of multiple not-for-profit organizations, reflecting her belief in the importance of giving back and driving impact beyond the corporate sphere.
